Learning Outcomes:

 

At the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

   Prepare for the performance discussion –
discussion structure, reviewee preparation,
good use of time, job focus.
   Conduct the performance discussion –
attitude, preparation, how to involve the
reviewee, consistency, reward systems,
honouring commitments, agreeing future
goals, conclusions and follow-up.

Assessment:

 

Candidates will complete a short assessment. On completion, they will receive a Certificate of Training.
