This course is aimed at managers, team leaders, sales people, in fact anyone who feels they are not always able to deal with people’s requests or behaviour. This course will give candidates the knowledge and skills to become, over time, more assertive in your dealings with other people, both at work and outside it. You will be able to recognise people’s behaviour styles and deal with them more effectively, promoting a win-win outcome and improve relationships. As a result your chances of getting what you want should increase together with your own confidence.
