ESOL Level Two, you will look at improving your speaking, reading and writing of English. The topics are based around personal life or the workplace.
This program aims to develop your confidence of the English language.

Part 2
The Environment
- Read and discuss local and global
environment issues
- Read and write letters and e-mails
- Write short reports and summaries
Part 3
Teamwork
- Deal with criticism and complaints
- Read and write memos and other business
documents
- Follow and give instructions and
explanations
Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this program you will be entered for a recognized City & Guilds certificate. This will comprise of three parts speaking, reading and writing.
Assessment:
Candidates will complete 3 short question papers.
