Mandatory Units:
1CS101 : Prepare yourself to deliver good customer service

1CS105 : Provide customer service within the rules

Optional Units - 5 optional units at least 1 from each Theme

Theme 1 - Impression & Image

Theme 2 - Delivery

Theme 3 - Handling Problems

Theme 4 - Development & Improvement

Assessment:

 

You will be assessed by the following methods:
Observations, Questioning, Witness Testimonies. Approved prior learning.
