• The importance of involving team members in problem resolution
• Simple decision making techniques to evaluate alternative solutions
• Planning and implementing solutions
• Recognising crisis situations and how to
manage them

Learning Outcomes:

 

At the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
• Recognise the effects of problems and
potential problems in the workplace
• Identify causes of problems as they arise
• Involve appropriate team members in
generating solutions
• Evaluate alternative courses of action

Assessment:

 

Delegates will complete a short assessment question paper or assignment. On successful completion of the assessment they will receive a Certificate of Training
