• The importance of respecting differences
• Value systems
• Tolerance and inclusiveness: ways to prevent
harassment and bullying
• Adapting to diverse needs in the workplace
• European developments, including the Human
Rights Act 2000
Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the course, candidates will be able to:
• Recognise that people differ according to age,
culture, ethnicity and other factors
• Appreciate the need to respect individual
differences within the organisation
• Appreciate the moral and ethical issues
applicable to the workplace
• Demonstrate and encourage tolerance and
freedom from harassment

Assessment:
Candidates will complete a short assessment. On completion, they will receive a Certificate of Training.
