This course has been designed to reflect the most up-to-date thinking on the role of the team leader. The qualification gives the candidate formal recognition of their performance in the work place and assesses the knowledge and understanding of the key areas of team leading.
Course Duration:
6 - 12 Months
Entry Requirements:
Candidates must be working in a supervisory position.
Course Outline:
This qualification requires the successful completion of four mandatory units and two optional units from a choice of five.
The four mandatory units are:
• Manage your own resources
• Provide leadership for your team
• Develop productive working relationships with
colleagues
• Ensure your own actions reduce risks to
health and safety
Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion, candidates will receive a certificate from OCR for Level 2 Team Leading.
Assessment:
You will be assessed by the following methods:
Observations, Questioning, Witness Testimonies, Approved Prior learning.
